內容將介紹從博士生、博士後研究員、專任研究人員到教授的主要職務、角色分工與常見升遷路徑，特別說明專任研究人員在長期研究計畫與實驗室營運中的重要性，以及教授在課程規劃、學術治理與對外合作上的核心位置。同時，也會簡要比較德、瑞與美國學術體系在聘任模式、授課時數、研究資源與產學合作上的差異，讓有意赴歐進入學界或延續研究工作的同學與年輕學者，能更清楚掌握實際職涯機會與規劃方向。

Our Mission
Our vision is to foster cross-disciplinary communication and international collaboration in science and technology, assist Taiwanese science and technology professionals in integrating into local communities, promote the sustainable development of European society, and enhance Taiwan’s international visibility.
Our History
Founded in June 2022 as a registered association (eingetragener Verein) in Germany, the organization plans to host events that connect Taiwanese and Europeans, focusing on science and technology perspectives.
